Our Leaders
Todo Corazón was created from a shared passion for providing children with the kind of care, love, and learning environment every family deserves.
Isabel Moomey
Founder & DirectorHi, I’m Isabel, the founder and director of Todo Corazón.
I’m a wife, a mom, and an early childhood educator with more than 10 years of experience. As a parent, I know how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else’s care. That understanding as at the heart of the program, I’m building.
Caring for children runs through generations of my family- from my grandmother to my mother, who now works alongside me. Building Todo Corazón together is especially meaningful, and that sense of family is something I hope you feel when you walk through our doors.
My experience includes Migrant Head Start, home childcare, and working in a Spanish immersion classroom. These experiences have shaped my belief that children learn though play, caring relationships, and opportunities to explore. Sharing the Spanish language and my culture is a part of this work that I especially love.
At Todo Corazón, I want to know what makes your child laugh, what comforts them, and what sparks their curiosity. My goal is for every child to feel known and loves, and for every parent to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing in their child’s growth.
Children only get one childhood, and being trusted to be part of theirs is something I don’t take lightly.
Chely Zuñiga
Cofounder & Lead TeacherMy name is Chely Zuniga, and for more than 30 years, caring for and teaching children has been a very special part of my life. My journey began at Buen Pastor Migrant Head Start, where I worked with infants and quickly discovered how much I loved nurturing young children. I later became a teacher’s assistant at Hope Church Daycare in Holland before opening my own home daycare.
Caring for children has always come naturally to me. I love making each child feel safe, valued, and deeply cared for while finding meaningful ways to teach them throughout the day. I believe every child is unique and grows at their own pace. When children are surrounded by love, patience, and encouragement, they gain the confidence they need to learn, grow, and truly thrive.
